Maddie with all her family and friends

Our family and friends have been coming by to meet little Maddie. Our last two weeks at home have been very calm and relaxing. In between feeding Maddie, taking naps and loving on our new baby girl; we have had family and friends dropping by. We are so excited for them to meet her and love having company. Mom just left yesterday, May 29-her birthday, to go back to houston. We REALLY miss her!!! She was able to be here for the last three weeks. Awaiting Maddie's arrival and then staying with us to help us get adjusted. It was really hard to tell her bye yesterday. I cried off and on the rest of the afternoon. It was so wonderful having her here to help with Maddie and keep our house up and running. I just don't know how i am going to do it all without her. Before all our company left, we took some pictures. Take a look!

This picture is very special to us.......Its four generations of girls. Granny, Mom, Me and Maddie. That is truly amazing to see Granny as a Great Granny and my mom becoming a Grandma/ Nana. We are very blessed to be able to take this picture. The tradition of the girls in the Whitecotton/Wilson family continue on.

Great Granny is loving on her great-granddaughter. Granny spent quality time with Maddie each morning. After i fed her in the morning around seven. Granny got to hold her and love on her while i got to go back to bed for a couple of hours. Such a sweet picture!

Amber came to visit Maddie for the weekend too. Amber is my cousin so that makes her....Maddie's second cousin or something confusing like that. Maddie will call her Amber. Amber was the last baby that our family has seen and she is now a Senior in Highschool. Wow..it was time for a new addition. We love babies too much.

Aunt Debbey came down with Granny and Amber to spend time with us and Maddie. We were so excited when they were able to come and meet her. Aunt Debbey decided that it would be too confusing for Maddie to call her Aunt Debbey so she wants to be called "Aunt Dee-Dee." I think that is so cute and perfect for her.
Meredith and Aunt Renee came this past weekend to see Maddie too. Meredith is my cousin too like Amber so Maddie will call her by her name too. I don't have a picture of Renee with her for some reason so she will have to send me some that she took. We were so glad that they came over to see us.
Brooke got to meet Maddie on the bus after Maddie went to her first of many Randy Rogers Band concerts. Les played Gruene Hall so we put her in her stroller and took her. We sat outside and away from the music. We were able to show her off to other music people and band family. Brooke and Randy had a hard time letting Maddie go. They kept saying that they wanted a baby one day. Little band babies will be taking over the bus soon. Pretty exciting to see our guys with little babies.

James and Stacy Hertless drove over from San Antonio to see little Maddie. They are good friends of ours. James plays for Brandon Rhyder so that is how we are connected. They are such a sweet couple and we love hanging out with them. We were so excited to have them come over and see her and visit for a little while. We just wish they lived in New Braunfels so we could hangout more.

Glad to hear you and Maddie are doing well and to see some new pictures on your site! I know times are busy...that's why I put blog posts before laundry, housework, cooking, and pretty much everything else except Emmy! Now that your mom has left, I'm sure she'll be asking to see pictures every day. That's why I post every day on mine...if I don't, I get a call from either Mom or Pam or an email from Steph!
